Maintenance & Repair Contracts

Maintenance and repair contracts (M&R Contracts) are becoming more and more common, especially amongst our commercial clients. An M&R Contract can help provide piece of mind at all times.

A basic contract would include 2 x 6 monthly inspection & services and 2 x breakdown / repair callouts within a 1 year period. We keep on file a copy of the inspection service check list relative to each unit under contract and can provide an annual report on all works carried out on any unit under contract.

Customised M&R Contracts are also available and will be tailored to specific requirements once we meet with a client, inspect the units and agree what is specifically required.
